Michael J. Kelley
Mike joined the firm in 2016. He represents injured people in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims, including auto & trucking accidents, premises liability, Jones Act, and medical malpractice cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked for one of the largest workers’ compensation defense firms in Missouri representing employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. His experience gave him keen insight to how insurance companies view injured employees and how they analyze their claims. At Mandel, Mandel, Marsh, Sudekum, and Sanger, LLP, Mike uses his insider knowledge to fight the insurance companies and help his clients get every benefit they are entitled to under the law.
Mike has been the Chair of the BAMSL Workers’ Compensation Committee since 2018. He served on the Board of Trustees for Gateway Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society from 2020 until 2022 and continues to be an active fundraiser for MS.
Mike lives in the city of St. Louis with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys live music, traveling, and camping with his family and friends.
